Description

Meritene Instant Multigrain Cereal with Honey is a powdered food supplement designed primarily for adults with chewing or swallowing difficulties. With hydrolyzed flours of wheat, corn, rice, oats, barley, rye, sorghum and millet, plus a touch of honey (approx. 6.5–9.4%), it provides approximately 250–252 kcal per 40 g serving reconstituted with 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk. It is rich in calcium, iron, zinc and vitamins (A, C, D, several of the B complex, E, K), helping to strengthen bones, the immune system and reduce fatigue, in addition to being smooth and excellent tasting.

How to Use

It is recommended to slowly add 30–40 g (3–4 heaped tablespoons) to 200 ml of cold or warm semi-skimmed milk, stirring until completely dissolved. You can also use water or other liquids. Consume immediately; if there is any left over, keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. It is recommended to consume 1–2 portions per day. After opening, keep in a cool, dry place and use within one month.
