Description

Based on xanthan gum, guar gum, tara gum and modified corn starch
It can be added to hot and cold drinks, nutritional supplements, soups and purees, without altering their flavor.
Food thickener with salivary amylase resistance properties to help ensure safer swallowing by maintaining the correct consistency in the mouth
Free from gluten and lactose.

For the nutritional management of dysphagia. It can be easily added to hot and cold preparations, nutritional supplements, soups and purees. Does not alter the taste of food or drinks.

How to Use

Thickened foods can be heated, refrigerated or frozen without changing their consistency.

Add the powder to liquid meals or purees and mix well, using a fork or mixer.
Let it rest for a few minutes to obtain the desired consistency. Do not add more thickener during the resting period, as the food may thicken. Prepare the desired amount of food and consume within the next 2 hours. Prepared and uneaten food must be discarded.

After opening, store the packaging in a cool, dry place for a maximum period of two months.
