It is recommended to take between 1 and 3 tablets at night, when you feel the need, with a large glass of water. The correct dose is the minimum sufficient to favor physiological intestinal transit without producing liquid stools, so it can be customized according to individual requirements. The product is recommended from 12 years of age. In general, to promote intestinal transit, it is recommended to drink fluids throughout the day, ingest the right amount of fiber and exercise.
The action of the product is obtained thanks to the set of substances present, which act on the multiple functions normally used by the intestine to regulate intestinal transit.
