This is a milk-based porridge:

Gluten-free porridge is especially indicated for the introduction of cereals, starting at 4 months of age, as an important part of baby's diversified diet. Composed of easily digestible cereals (corn and/or rice), which naturally do not contain gluten, they are the ideal way to introduce your baby to new tastes and textures.
Because it is a milk porridge, which contains milk in its composition, it must be prepared with water to avoid protein excess and possible kidney overload.
How to prepare porridge on a plate:
1. Put warm water (50 °C) in a dish, according to the quantity indicated in the dosage table;
2. Add the amount of Nutribén® flour tablespoons indicated in the dosage table;
3. Stir carefully with a fork until completely dissolved. Do not add salt or sugar.
How to prepare in the bottle:
1. Prepare a bottle of water at a temperature of 50 °C, according to the quantity indicated in the dosage table;
2. Add the amount indicated by the doctor;
3. Shake the bottle until the flour is completely dissolved.
