How to measure nursing bra size.
The first step to finding the right bra is to take a correct bust measurement, which can be easily done in the comfort of your home, preferably using a soft measuring tape.
Each woman is unique and this measurement is the first and most important step.

Measure around the bust, measure around the under bust
Subtract the underbust measurement from the bust measurement
Use our table to find your cup size
Find the width of the belt that corresponds to the measurement of the part under your bust
Use our size chart to find your correct size, combining the cup size with the waist width.
