Tribulus Terrestris is a plant that grows in tropical climates and has been used, for hundreds of years, by folk medicine. More recently, it has been used as an anabolic agent by athletes who practice strength modalities. This plant contains saponins, which are the compounds responsible for its aphrodisiac properties.
