How to Use

1. Open the main straps and separate the secondary straps Support the support centered on the lumbar area with the support pads on either side of the spine and the converging end of the support pointed downwards. 2. Wrap the main straps around your waist and secure the grip area over your stomach. 3. Pull the secondary straps forward and attach them to the front panels of the bracket. Adjust the placement of the secondary straps to achieve the proper level of comfort.
