How to Use

1. Open all support straps and slide foot onto stabilizer. Wrap the shin with the upper band, pull and secure. You should position it firmly but securely. 2. Pull the left strap across the top of the foot, securing it to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer. 3. Follow the same directions for the lane on the right. Adjust both straps until the support on the bottom of the foot feels firm, but also comfortable.
