Recommended Daily Portion: 1 to 2 scoops of coffee (5g to 10g) per day. Do not take more than 2 servings (10g = 2 teaspoons) per day. Preparation: Dissolve the contents of 1 teaspoon (5g) in a glass of water (about 250ml) and drink while effervescent. Take as needed. Do not take the second dose less than 2 or 3 hours apart after the first.
